If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support team within 30 days of delivery, and we will review your request and work with you to make it right.

Depending on the situation, our team may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Because our products are consumable nutritional supplements, opened products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Our team will review the request and replace the product or issue a refund when appropriate.

Returns (Unopened Products)

For unopened and unused products, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Products must:

  • Be unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
